The Ardingly College Mission

The Ardingly College Mission was established in 1922 at the suggestion of OA the Rev G B Ince, who was Curate at St Gabriel’s, Poplar. In 1925, W H Cullen generously provided the money to purchase a building in Poplar with a gym, clubroom, library and canteen. The building was destroyed in 1941 and the trustees were unable to restore it.
